Nota Kesepahaman Ekspor Minyak Sawit Mentah (Crude Palm Oil)

dari Republik Indonesia Ke Republik Singapura

Nota Kesepahaman ini dibuat antara PT LS Indonesia, Palembang, Republik Indonesia dan Tongju, PTE, Republik Singapura (Selanjutnya disebut pihak pertama dan kedua).

Kedua belah pihak telah menyetujui beberapa hal sebagai berikut:

Pasal 1

Klasifikasi dan Harga Produk

1.       PT LS Indonesia mengekspor CPO kualitas A dengan harga $1000/ton/cost insurance fraid.

Pasal 2

Pelabuhan Pengiriman dan Tujuan

1.       Pelabuhan pengiriman adalah Pelabuhan Boom Baru Palembang.

2.      Pelabuhan Tujuan adalah WTC Singapura

Pasal 3

Jangka Waktu Kontrak

1.       Jangka waktu kontrak berlaku mulai 12 sept 2015.

Pasal 4

Bank Koresponden

1.       Bank koresponden eksportir PT. LS Indonesia adalah Bank Mandiri

2.       Bank koresponden importer Tongju, PTE adalah Maybank

Apabila terjadi perselisihan di dalam perjanjian tersebut maka kedua belah pihak akan menyelesaikan secara musyawarah mufakat bila tidak mendapat kesepakatan maka akan di selesaikan di pengadilan negeri Palembang, Indonesia.

Memorandum of Understanding for Export of Crude Palm Oil

from Republic of Indonesia to Republic of Singapore

This MoU¹ is made and entered into by and between The LS Indonesia Co. Ltd Palembang, Republic of Indonesia and Tongju, PTE, Republic of Singapore (herein after referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “the Parties”).

The parties have agreed as follows:

Article 1

Classification and Price of Product

1.       LS Indonesia, Co. Ltd exports grade A CPO at price $1000/ton insurance fraid

Article 2

The Port of Shipping and Destination

1.       The port of shipping is from Boom Baru Seaport, Palembang.

2.       The port of destination is WTC Seaport, Singapore.

Article 3

Term of Contract

1.       The term of contract is start from September 12^th 2015 to December 31th 2015.

Article 4

Bank of Correspondents

1.       Bank of correspondent of LS Indonesia, Co. Ltd as exporter is Bank M.

2.       Bank of correspondent of Tongju, PTE as importer is Maybank.

In case of any dispute arising out of this MoU, the parties shall mutually negotiate the matter in dispute and amicably settle the same between themselves otherwise this shall be finished at the public court/ jurisdiction of Palembang, Indonesia .
